Campaign for the freedom of Hussain Jawad (Bahrain)

Hussain Jawad, the Chairman of the European-Bahraini organization for Human Rights (EBOHR) was arrested on March 17 followed by torture and forced confessions. He had to face trials on the basis of forced confession. Hussain was tortured, including by being beaten, deprived of sleep, forced to stand for a prolonged period in a cold room, insulted, humiliated and threatened with rape and sexual assault. A lot of human rights activists campaigned for him. 'B&W' joined the campaign with one pager comics for the release of Hussain Jawad. Fortunately Hussain is released now and all is well.
